Child Welfare: The Life of a Case Panel Presentation by Summit County Children's Services and Agency Tour.
CASA volunteers will gain an in-depth understanding of Summit County Children's Services and the case process from the initial hotline call through adoptions. The panel will include staff from each department including the hotline room, intake, protective, adoptions, and records. We will take a tour of the agency to visit the records room, hotline call room, and Family Interaction Center.
This training will be held at the Education Center at SCCS, so when you enter through the gates, turn left and the education building is on the small hill.
